so I was telling my coworker about how much I love Brooklyn 99 and she cut me off to say “sorry I’m not interested in a show that humanizes cops” like shut the actual heck up ??? Like yes, I get that cops can be really terrible but Brooklyn 99 in particular is a great show full of heart, humor, and diversity and you’re so busy being fashionably cynical on your high ass fucking horse that you can’t reserve judgement ?? it aint cute.
